Pengukuran Usabilitas Platform Online Meeting Menggunakan USE Questionnaire dalam Konteks Pembelajaran Daring

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mendorong perubahan besar dalam sistem pendidikan, terutama dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi. Platform online meeting seperti Google Meet dan Zoom Meeting menjadi sarana utama dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Namun, setiap platform memiliki fitur dan antarmuka yang berbeda, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kemudahan penggunaan (usability) serta kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur usabilitas kedua platform menggunakan USE Questionnaire, yang mencakup tiga variabel utama: usefulness, ease of use, dan ease of learning, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa Pascasarjana Teknik Industri di salah satu universitas di Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala likert dan dianalisis dengan metode statistik, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel usefulness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction pada kedua platform, sedangkan ease of use hanya berpengaruh pada Google Meet. Perbandingan kepuasan pengguna dengan uji One-way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa Google Meet memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Zoom Meeting. Selain itu, analisis kendala pengguna mengungkapkan bahwa Zoom Meeting menghadapi lebih banyak saran perbaikan terkait koneksi jaringan dan fitur yang lebih kompleks, sementara Google Meet memiliki keterbatasan dalam fitur seperti breakout rooms dan virtual background. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek display dan control, termasuk penambahan ikon “Rename” dan “Record” untuk meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan platform dalam pembelajaran daring.
