Pengaruh Perbedaan Anoda pada Sintesis Graphene Menggunakan Reaktor Elektrokimia Termodifikasi Solenoida

Graphene merupakan salah satu jenis material baru yang memiliki sifat sifat elektrik, termal, magnetik, optikal, mekanik, dan kimiawi yang istimewa. Metode sintesis graphene yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan adalah melalui teknik pengelupasan lapisan secara elektrokimia karena memiliki kelebihan proses pembuatan yang cepat, ramah lingkungan, dan biaya yang rendah dalam proses produksinya, serta nilai kecacatan material yang dihasilkan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan anoda dalam sintesis graphene menggunakan metode pengelupasan lapisan elektroda grafit secara elektrokimia. Anoda yang divariasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah elektroda grafit komersial dan elektroda grafit buatan yang berupa komposit grafit-Phenol Formaldehid (grafit-PF). Katoda dalam penelitian ini merupakan variabel tetap yaitu menggunakan grafit komersial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah elektroda komposit grafit-PF dapat bertindak sebagai anoda dalam proses sintesis graphene dengan metode pengelupasan lapisan elektroda grafit secara elektrokimia, meskipun graphene yang dihasilkan lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan elektroda grafit komersial sebagai anoda. Arus 5A dari power supply yang yang terhubung pada elektroda grafit memperlihatkan hasil yang paling baik. Penggunaan reaktor termodifikasi solenoida dapat meningkatkan berat graphene yang terbentuk.
